CAST IN 1 SEC

The high centrifugal force causes the metal to be poured into the mold in the first second after the start of the rotating.

MELTS 100 GRAMS OF STEEL

The high efficiency of the generator allows to melt from 5 to even 100 grams of steel or gold.

AUTOMATIC BALANCING

The automatic balancing system facilitates an operation. For all casting rings.

The working mode switch allows an optimal selection of parameters for melting steel and precious metals.

INSTALLATION FOR HOME MAINS VOLTAGE 230V/10A

A modern HF generator achieves high power with low power consumption. The ROTOCAST technology allows the casting to be connected to a single-phase 220/230 V socket in the domestic electrical system.

ACTIVE PROTECTION

An electromagnetic lock prevents the lid from opening during rotating.

COIL BLOCK

Coil sliding mechanism equipped with lift locks during an arm rotation.

STRONG CONSTRUCTION

Protection against the effects of a ring breakage or metal spillage is effectively provided by a massive design.

GENERATOR PROTECTION

The electronic control system detects situations that are going to fail or overheat the generator and automatically turns it off, protecting it from damage.

POWER STABILIZATION

ROTOCAST is the only induction casting machine with a special stabilization system adapted to the European power grid standards, which increases the durability and resistance of the device to possible current disturbances.

QUARTZ COIL COVER

ROTOCAST is one of the few casting machines equipped with a quartz induction coil cover. The cover protects the coil against a short circuit caused by metal chips between the coil turns and thus the generator from failure.
