STEP BY STEP

Short instructions for making models in the PINAX system.

STEP 1

Place the impression tray on a carrier plate with PINAXIL.

STEP 2

Using the PINAXIL putty, form a seal around the impression tray.

STEP 3

Install a base in a fixing handle.

STEP 4

A precise laser beam will determine where to drill to place the pins.

STEP 5

Release a pre-drilled plate from the support plate and place all the pins in the holes.

STEP 6

Use a 4th plaster or a higher class over the impression. You will get the best results with a vibrator.

STEP 7

Put a pinned plate on the unbonded plaster, release the model after the plaster is done.

STEP 8

Use a cutter or stone to clean the plaster from any remains.

STEP 9

Now you can precisely separate all elements.

STEP 10

You can set up individual points in any way you want.

STEP 11

The finished model is aesthetic and clean, and what most important - precise.

STEP 12

You can install the model in the articulator using plaster or a professional plinth.
