1-BUTTON OPERATION

The MULTIPRESS MAX is a switch-and-forget design. The machine controls the injection process fully automatically.

TECHNOLOGY

SHRINKAGE AND PORE REDUCTION

After the injection, the remaining material in the cartridge is heated and remains under pressure in order to provide a reservoir for the cooling material in the flask mold. At the same time, the flask is cooled, which minimizes shrinkage and pores in the denture.

BURN PROTECTION

The flask cover and the sealing of the gating system protect the user against the consequences of unsealing the flask and the risk of melted material to be outpouring.

STRONG CONSTRUCTION

The massive design ensures safety and operation up to 10 atm, other injection machines have locks up to 6.5 atm.

INDEPENDENT PISTON

A replaceable working piston prevents the cartridge from jamming in the sleeve, locking the cylinder and service intervention.

PARAMETERS CONTROL

If the extreme parameters are exceeded, the alarm mode is activated, protecting the machine against the damage.

PROCESS REPEATABILITY
